This ground-floor apartment is your home away from home. Comfortably furnished we have created a space where you can kick back and relax.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need during your stay, and the lounge with its lovely comfortable leather couch and Smart TV is ideal for those movie nights or series marathons.
The bedroom, a full on-suite bathroom including both a shower and a bath, is a calm space that will ensure a good night’s rest.
For those guests who enjoy the balance of an indoor and outdoor lifestyle, this ground-floor apartment has an outside patio area that is equipped with a table and chairs and a braai, ensuring that you can enjoy an evening braai (barbecue) accompanied by beautiful sunset skies and soothing sounds and smell of the ocean.

Guests access the estate through a remote access boom-controlled entry and exit point.
The apartment is located on the ground floor with a dedicated parking bay outside the apartment.
There are dedicated visitor bays available for any family or friends who might pop in to visit during your stay.
The estate has 24-hour security, any non-residents will be required to sign in at the gate before gaining access to the premises.

On confirmation of your booking, you will receive a welcome letter containing more information about the apartment as well as the general rules of the estate.
This is a non-smoking apartment, however, smoking of cigarettes is permitted on the patio.
